4500 RPM / Is the ideal solution for those companies who need a multifunctional working tool, able to cut from samples to large production volumes. It combines in a perfect mix the high working speed with optimal cutting quality and variable lay thickness, from single ply to 5cm compressed lays, with any type of material, from most elastic and light to the hardest ones. NEXT 6000 RPM / The version HM 6000 RPM of Next 50 is specific for the production of hard and difficult materials. With same functional specifications of the standard Next 50, HM version has an even more solid and robust mechanics in the cutting head and a higher vibration speed of the knife, in order to be able to facilitate frequent cut of difficult materials, by keeping same standard of quality, productivity and reliability.
NEXT 50 4500 RPM and NEXT 50 6000 RPM are totally controlled by latest generation digital technology that allows top speed, precision and reliability, together with low power consumption. An automatic system to digitally control in real time the knife bending guarantees the maximum cutting precision. Possibility to set different profiles allow to cut from single ply up to highest ply lays, by keeping same level of performances.
