Ultrasonic minitube welding machine With the innovative Rotosonic DX1 MiniTube, NUCLEUS presents an application-specific version of the DX1 ultrasonic welding machine. Part of this new development is the fully automated welding and cutting of tubes, which is used for example in the medical sector as blood filters.
Benefit from the highly optimized hardware of the Rotosonic DX1 and the unique NUCLEUS ultrasonic components. The DX1 MiniTube is equipped with a fully automated material feed, a pneumatic cutting unit and a suction device especially for material offcuts. Depending on the application, the DX1 MiniTube machine produces tubes with diameters between 3 mm - 60 mm. This special cut-off welding process creates a minimal joint without decreasing the high seam strength of NUCLEUS welding products. Depending on the material and application, the cutting wheel can be switched within a very short time. The producer can choose from a wide range of different cutting angles. All wheels are developed and manufactured by NUCLEUS. The Rotosonic DX1 MiniTube produces tube filters in numerous configurations for a variety of applications.
